Hello everybody. What's up? Is there anybody who can clearly explain to me the difference between steroids and hormones? All the articles and really confusing and I understand literally nothing, so I truly hope that somebody will help me!
I am good, thanks. The easiest and most clear explaining is that most hormones are mainly used in body processes, and therefore, are useful in the body, while not all steroids are useful in the body.
